MR25 TT

Rain started to pour when I board the bus to MR, was wondering whether to forgone the TT or endure the rain & run.

Was thinking what the heck since in the bus liao, might as well give it a shot @ the TT.

Register @ the zig-zag bridge & did some light warm up before start.

Bang the TT starts & the secondary kids just dash towards the trail, Man I'm old.

Maintain a constant pace into the trail as I know that the coming back will be tough. As always MR trails is water & muddy during the rain.

Manage to push myself to the end, but was panting like no 2morlow after the race.

Manage to clock 23:46 for the TT and qualify for MR25. Pace was @ 4.46.

Meet up w brokie, ultraman, Vorx & new member of sgrunners, had a nice chat with them.

TT completed, now D day......................

Time for dinner....yummie
